Jianuan Xu (b. 1999) is a Chinese photographer currently in her second year at the University of the West of England, now on exchange in the Willem de Kooning Academie, Netherlands.
Her practice is deeply rooted in personal experiences, exploring the intersection of place and emotion through photography. Her work blends observation and introspection, using photography as a means of storytelling and self-expression. In addition to her documentary work, she also photographs live music events and contributes behind the scenes to film productions.
